How we process the personal data you share through the quote form.

Data controller: Özakçe Uluslararası Ticaret A.Ş. (“the Company”). Contact: info@furnisky.com
Data processed: The name, company, country, city, email, phone, delivery preference, note and quote-basket products you share in the quote form.
Purpose: To answer your quote request, contact you and keep a record of your request.
Legal basis: Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698: processing directly related to entering into a contract, and the consent you give in the form.
Transfers: The site and the quote form run on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare data centres in the European Union and forwarded to the Company through its email server in Türkiye. For the automatic bot check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile), your browser and connection data are processed by Cloudflare. Your IP address is not stored; only an irreversible digest is kept to prevent abuse. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention: For the period required by the applicable legislation after your request is concluded; then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights: You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law (information, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) by writing to info@furnisky.com.
Cookies: This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; our infrastructure provider Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Your quote basket is kept only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you submit the form.
Visit statistics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It uses no cookies or local storage and does not track individual visitors; only aggregate figures such as page views, country and page speed are kept.
